Swim Lesson Payment Policies

Coach Sondra will contact you to schedule.
- ONLY pay after scheduled with Coach Sondra.
- Payment MUST be received no later than the day before the scehduled lesson.
- Scroll down to see Venmo & Zelle payment options.
- If not paid by the day before the scheduled lesson, it will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policy
NO refunds or credits will be given for:
- No shows
- Cancellations the day of the lesson
You may reschedule for another date, but it will be treated as a newly scheduled lesson.
The orginal lesson fee will NOT be refunded or credited towards the new lesson.
Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance.
If you already paid AND gave 24 hours advance notice of cancelation, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Please be cognizant of our instrcutors' tight schedules. We NEED to confirm with our instructors at least the day before, so they do not waste their time driving to the pool and NOT getting paid themselves.
